Forget trust falls and escape rooms.

Bring your team to Paulette Home for a private, hour-long, hands-on design challenge that gets people thinking creatively, making decisions, collaborating and maybe discovering that their coworker has some surprisingly strong opinions about throw pillows.

Teams are given a real-world design brief and a fictional budget, then challenged to create a room using pieces from the Paulette collection.

Working together, teams will:

CREATE
Develop a design concept based on their brief.

SHOP
Explore Paulette and select furniture, art, lighting and objects that bring their vision to life—all while staying within budget.

PITCH
Present their finished concept to the group and explain their creative choices.

COMPETE
Teams go head-to-head for bragging rights—and a Paulette prize.

Design enthusiast, artist and Paulette Home owner Steve Dwyer leads the experience, bringing more than 20 years of experience in retail, marketing, branding and consumer culture to the challenge.

Steve has led teams at some of the country's most recognized retail and lifestyle brands, including Target & Gap and brings that experience together with his passion for interiors, art and objects with personality.

Expect a little design thinking, a little friendly competition and a lot of opinions.
